By the end of 2024, there will be no free warehouses in Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, writes Logirus. The volumes under construction do not cover the growing demand and are rented even before entering the open market.

"If you need a high-quality modern warehouse, it is almost impossible to find such a facility in Central Asia. The current deficit of logistics real estate in the region is estimated at approximately 20 million square meters," said Stanislav Akhmedzyanov, Managing Partner of IBC Global.
