Uzavtosanoat and Sovcombank sign a cooperation agreement
Joint-stock company Uzavtosanoat and PJSC Sovcombank (Russian Federation) signed a cooperation agreement.
The subject of the agreement was to ensure long-term cooperation between companies in the field of providing UzAuto enterprises with a full range of banking services, including lending, placing temporarily free funds, providing documentary instruments and organizing the placement of equity securities.
In addition, the parties agreed to develop mutually beneficial cooperation and business partnership in the field of financing working capital, technical re-equipment of Uzavtosanoat enterprises and investment projects of the company.
Chairman of the Board of Sovcombank Dmitry Gusev noted: “Sovcombank already has experience of successful cooperation with the holding of Uzavtosanoat. In 2019, the bank took part in issuing a syndicated loan for a structural company of the holding - UzAuto Motors. We regard the new agreement as the development of our relations and the expansion of mutually beneficial partnership.”
